Course Description
This course focuses on the administration of client-facing network and computing resources. Student will learn how to balance user’s needs and the limitations of hardware and software resources. Focus will be on addressing small business and organizational computing needs.

Upon completion of this course, students will:
- Be able to configure Windows and Mac systems in a small networked environment
- Be able to physically and remotely administer Windows and Mac Systems
- Be able to set up security policies to restrict user activities
- Be able to troubleshoot basic user problems
