Digital Media Design and Management

Description (3 Units)

Creating digital media is one thing. Creating digital media that looks good, is easy to use, and is engaging is something else. This course explores design and composition of both the art and the interface, as it applies to digital media in a variety of applications, including the web, CD-ROM, interactivity, and static and motion graphics. But that’s only half the course. In addition to learning to create “effective” graphics, you’ll learn to manage the media creation process, including project management, asset management, and client relations. You’ll leave this class ready to become a digital media producer or artist.
